INVITATION TO ONE - DAY TRAINING FOR THE PRINCIPALS, SCHOOL PORTAL ADMINISTRATORS (SPAs) AND STATE EXECUTIVES OF SUBJECT TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATIONS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF Ogun Learning Enhancement And Academic Resource Network (OgunLEARN)

Please be informed that the Ministry has introduced an AI- powered teaching and learning platform as a strategic digital platform to enhance teaching, learning, lesson planning and instructional delivery across schools in the state.

In order to ensure effective implementation of OgunLEARN across our schools, the Ministry is organizing a one - day training for Zonal Education Officers, Zonal Portal Administrators, Education Officers, Principals of all Public Secondary Schools, School Portal Administrators (SPAs) and State Executives of Subject Teachers’ Associations.

The training is scheduled as follows:
*Venue:* Hubert Ogunde Hall, Cultural Centre, Abeokuta
*Date:* Wednesday, 21st January, 2026
*Time:* 10:00am

2026 BECE REGISTRATION: PROCESS AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Good day,

Esteemed Proprietors/Principals.

In line with the established guidelines, the registration for year 2026 BECE has commenced. In view of this, Schools presenting candidates for the examination are enjoined to fulfill all necessary conditions for the school to be ENABLED for Registration on the DiPER PLATFORM.

Accordingly, all schools presenting candidates for YEAR 2026 BECE are hereby requested to submit the underlisted documents to the Zonal Office on or before the close of work on Wednesday , 18th March, 2026. to be ENABLED FOR REGISTRATION ON THE DiPER PLATFORM.

1. Evidence of payment of the 2025 and 2026 Annual Renewal Fees;

2. BECE Recognition and Centre Allocation Letter;

3. Evidence of successful migration from OGSERA to DiPER;

4. Evidence that candidates have been duly promoted from JSS 2 and properly onboarded into JSS 3 on the DiPER platform.

Kindly ensure strict compliance with the above requirements.

Ogun State proudly celebrates Mrs Omotayo Akintunde, an outstanding Mathematics teacher at Ilugun High School, Abeokuta, on her emergence as Ogun State Champion and one of the Top 10 finalists of the 2026 Maltina Teacher Of The Year Award.

This remarkable achievement further demonstrates the commitment, dedication, and excellence of Ogun State teachers, who continue to project the state positively on the national and global education platforms.

These outstanding accomplishments also reflect the enabling environment and continued support provided for educators by our education-friendly government under the leadership of His Excellency, Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun - MFR
