NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PROSPECTIVE WAEC EXAMINERS/MARKERS
Subject: Proposed Establishment of WAEC Marking Centre in Saki – Call for Prospective Examiners/Markers
Dear Prospective Examiner/Marker,
I have the directives of the WAEC Zonal Coordinator, Ibadan, to inform all interested and qualified prospective examiners/markers who wish to participate in the marking of the forthcoming West African Examinations Council (WAEC) May/June 2027 Examination papers at the proposed marking centre in Saki that they are required to complete the necessary documentation.
Accordingly, each prospective examiner/marker who is interested in participating in the proposed marking exercise is expected to download the soft copy of the prescribed form/document below
, print it out, and carefully fill in all the necessary sections.
After completing the form, prospective examiners/markers are requested to submit the completed hard copy to:

The completed forms will be compiled and subsequently taken to the WAEC Zonal Office, Ibadan for further processing.
Please note that we have been given two (2) weeks within which to complete this exercise. Therefore, all completed forms must reach me on or before Friday, 23rd October, 2026.
I kindly appeal to all interested prospective examiners/markers to treat this matter with utmost urgency and ensure that their completed forms are submitted within the stipulated period.
I also request everyone who receives this information to disseminate it widely among qualified and interested prospective WAEC markers/examiners who may wish to participate in the proposed Saki marking centre.
