The Principal and Management of Federal Technical College, Igangan is using this medium to invite applications for admission into the TVET program in the College.
The TVET Programmes are designed to help Students develop specialised Skills in various fields, especially in Engineering, Construction, hospitality and other industry-relevant skills, which will make them, upon graduation, employers of labour.
The College offers the following Technical and Vocational Subjects;
(i) Electrical Installation and Maintenance Works
(ii) Blocklaying Bricklaying and Concreting.
(iii) Catering Craft Practice.
(iv) Welding and Fabrication.
(v) Plumbing and pipe fittings
(vi) Garment making
(vii) Computer Craft Studies.
(viii) Bookkeeping and Account.
The College is equipped with Modern equipment, machines and tools to deliver the above Technical and Vocational Skills.
Duration of Study: 3 years.
Admission Requirements: Completion of JS3/BECE/ SSCE.
Age Range: 13---20 years.
Admission Forms are obtainable in the College at the rate of #5000. only. (Registration inclusive)

(i) Monthly Stipends/living expenses to be provided to the successful applicants.
(ii) The program is Free to all students.
(iii) Upon graduation/Completion of the programme, a grant or loan will be given to those who wish to establish a business and be self-employed.
